MM Legal Professionals comprises TWO (2) partners, several other highly qualified associates, para-legal staff, Chartered Accountant(s) and Company Secretaries.

Mr. Umang Mittal, Advocate:

He is a co-founder & associate senior partner and has been enrolled for over a decade with the Bar Council of Delhi. After pursuing his B.A. LL.B. degree, he has also completed his LL.M. successfully and now has diversified work experience in almost every branch of law, having specialization in Corporate Laws, Civil Cases, Criminal Trials, SARFAESI Act (DRT Laws), Negotiable Instruments Act, Company Laws (NCLT & NCLAT), Municipal Laws, Consumer Laws, RERA, Drafting (including suits, appeals, revisions, IA’s, Writs, Counter Claims, Agreements, Contracts, Deeds, etc.). etc. He is also appointed Sole Arbitrator for various financial institutions. He is also empaneled with several Government departments and organizations, including Punjab National Bank, North Delhi Municipal Corporation, and Delhi State Legal Service Authority (Central District), and has represented many more Government departments, in various Court(s) of Law. He is also an esteemed member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, the Delhi Bar Association (Tis Hazari Court), and the Rohini Court Bar Association.

Ms. Priyanka Marwah, Advocate:

She is another Co-Founder and Associate Senior Partner enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. After completing her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi. She has also completed her LL.M & PG Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Cyber Law. Now, she has more than 8 years of work experience in the field of Law. She also has diversified work experience in almost every branch of law having expertise in Matrimonial & Divorce Laws, Adoption Laws, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Cyber Laws, etc. In her practice, she also has been empaneled with and represented various Government departments including Delhi State Legal Service Authority, North Delhi Municipal Corporation in different Court(s) of Law and also got chance to conduct awareness programme(s) in association with Amity Legal Aid Service (Amity Law School), NOIDA.

Ms. Aastha Sharma, Advocate:

She is another highly qualified associate who after completing her LL.B got enrolled with Delhi Bar Council, at present having more than 8 years of work experience. She has her expertise in the area of Intellectual Property Laws & Litigation (IPR), Negotiable Instruments Act, Cyber Laws, Criminal Laws, Real Estate, etc. She also has well developed arguing skills before the Court(s) of Law and power of convincing the Court.

Mr. Akash Choudhary, Advocate:

He is the senior associate having completed his B.A. LL.B and enrolled with the State Bar Council. He has been duly trained in the field of law while working with brand Lawyer(s) and top most reputed Offices during his internships. He is a keen learner and executed his learning while working and resolving legal barriers for various clients using his soft and convincing skills.

Mr. Kartik Kumar & Ms. Shiba, Advocate(s):

They are another charm in the Firm who after successfully completing their degree in Law from GGSIPU, Delhi has entered into the legal profession after getting enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Both of them has unique argumentative skills and diversified knowledge in various subjects of law including mergers, Negotiable Instruments Act, Company Laws (NCLT & NCLAT).

Ms. Bhanvi Saxena, Advocate:

She is the senior associate of the Firm from Gujrat and looks after the cases within the jurisdiction of Gujrat. She has been enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi and is currently residing at Gujrat handling our entire clientages from Gujrat. She has her specialization in the field of Matrimonial & Divorce Laws, Consumer Disputes, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Negotiable Instruments Act, etc.

Ms. Lochan, Advocate:

She is our another senior associate from Mumbai and gives a lead to our Mumbai office. She is good at client dealing and answers to the clients to their satisfaction. She is having her specialization in the field of Matrimonial & Divorce Laws, Mergers, Corporate Laws, Company Laws, Negotiable Instruments Act, Alternate Dispute Redressal, etc.

Mr. Rahul Verma (Advocate):

After completing his LL.B. from Delhi University, he has gained mastery over all the miscellaneous Court proceedings and hearings. He is known for his arguments skills, legal researches and soft communication skills and also for completing every task assigned to him w.r.t. Hearings, Legal Research, Court miscellaneous work and liaisoning.

Mr. Gandhi has been associated with us for over a decade having his expertise as a reputed CA who is unbeatable in his work.

Ms. Shikha, Company Secretary:

Ms. Shikha is also a famous name in the field of CS who has successfully included in her clientage big brand companies including some of the Government entities and is working really very hard for the benefit and securing interest of clients.
